Local community groups have partnered with Keystone Art & Culture Center.  They are Spanish American Civic Association (SACA), Brightside Opportunities Center, Crispus Attucks Community Center and Martin Luther King Elementary (School District of Lancaster)

Each partner organization has selected 10 to 15 youth from the community who are learning how to create bronze sculpture.  This learning experience at Keystone Art & Culture Center will result in 40 plus bronzes being designed and created by the youth.  These bronzes will be incorporated into a larger sculpture to be installed on the site at the Garden of Dreams.
